No. It scans with any phone’s camera, just like any other QR code.

How many times each QR code is scanned and how many clicks each link gets, on which days and at what times, and depending on your plan, from which countries, cities and devices. We count real people, not link previews or bots.
Yes. You can download it as PNG, SVG or PDF, print-ready, and we tell you the minimum recommended size so it scans well.
They’re not deleted. You get a 14-day grace period; after that, the ones over your plan’s limit are paused. If you subscribe again, they’re reactivated just as they were.
Yes, from your account. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. On your first payment, you have 14 days to ask for a full refund.
By card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, in US dollars. Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider, which also issues the invoice.
Yes. You can create short links without a QR. They count toward the same quota as your QR codes.
